This homage to the undead is campy and over the top, but has just the right amount of bite to make it fun. It won't win awards and it's a little long, but it's a creepy teenage Italian chapter of our favorite monsters.
Bad acting, bad CGI gore effects, sex & nudity just for sake of it, predictable stupid plot, very weak direction, poor cinematography, lame music, and a LOL ending.
What more can I say about this nothing movie. Skip it.

The last 20 mins would have been an amazing start if a decent zombie movie , sadly everything leading up to it was mediocre. Plus he was far too Robert Patterson for my liking.
Here's the thing, while not a terrible movie, it's half baked & that's its biggest issue. It's your average stylish, film noir-esque bad romance zombie flick. It succeeds at some of these elements & in some ways it does it quite well, but in its attempts to check all the boxes, it falls short. I give it props for attempting to breathe new life (so to speak) into a played out genre. Its failure doesn't represent to me that its by any means a total disaster, it's certainly watchable, just not spectacular & certainly never amounting to all that it could be.
Don't Kill Me: Italian Zombie film. Mirta takes drugs with her boyfriend, Robin, she comes back, smashing her way out of her crypt but is heart broken to find that Robin hasn't risen. This isn't your usual type of Zombie, They are like a Zombie/Vampire hybrid, gaining immortality and retaining their mortal appearance provided they feed on humans. There are Zombie hunters, the Benandanti, a centuries old organisation who pursue Mirta. She is "adopted" by an experienced zombie who instructs Mirta on the lore of the Overdead. The struggle between the Zombies and the Hunters take up the rest of the film. Some horrific scenes of people being eaten alive, their throats bitten out by Mirta before she learns the etiquette of fine dining. The strength of the Zombies is awesome but they can be overpowered after multiple gunshot wounds. Also a few well choreographed fight scenes. Not a great film and at times style outshines substance as the narrative unfolds but I found it to be an enjoyable Zombie tale. Directed & Co-Written by Andrea De Sica. On Netflix. 7/10.
