You’ll love this new film about hate! In Supremacy, Joe Anderson (A Single Shot, Hercules) plays white supremacist Tully, who’s just been paroled. But his first night out could be his last. He just killed a cop. He’s on the run. And no one’s going to listen to an ex-con with the Aryan Nation. His leader (Anson Mount) just cut him loose, and as the police close in, Tully and his girlfriend (Dawn Olivieri) add home invasion and hostages to the body count. But no one counted on Mr. Walker (Danny Glover), an ex-con himself, to fight back – using his understanding of the racist mind to turn the tables on a desperate and violent man. Will it be enough to keep his family alive?

There is nothing like a good ol’ fashion showdown between cowboys and ninjas.
Completely different types of fighters but definitely warriors in their own right. This classic battle can be briefly viewed in an ambush clip from the upcoming martial arts fantasy western, The Warrior’s Way.
In case you haven’t been following any of the posts for Sngmoo Lee’s debut film, now is your time to start. The film stars Geoffrey Rush, Kate Bosworth, Dong-gun Jang and Tony Cox in, what hopes to be, an epic CG adventure.
Below you will find the ‘Sad Flute’ clip to give you an idea of the tone and style of the movie.along with a synopsis. The clip kind of reminds me of a period piece done 300 style due to the CG rich background.

A couple flights later I've left Austin and I'm finally back in the real world and have a chance to sit down and look at my e-mail and lookie here. Remember back in June there was a promo reel for a Korean-Kiwi martial arts western backlot movie called The Warriors Way? Well now there is a trailer and I think it is unrivaled when it comes to the sheer number of Ninjas popping out of things. Water. Ice. Hardwood floors. Why, there could be a bunch underneath you right now.

Rogue have released the first trailer for their new martial arts / western (yes, that is what I meant!) movie, Warrior’s Way on Apple. The movie is directed by Sngmoo Lee and stars Jang Dong Gun, Kate Bosworth, Danny Huston and Geoffrey Rush. It looks visually pretty good but I hope there’s actually some content in there. And why on earth do they use those silly voiceovers?! Maybe it’s just me!

Sngmoo Lee is making his directorial/writing debut with this action fantasy that mixes martial arts and westerns. For a $45m budget some of the effects look quite rough, but the western mix may prove to be interesting. Sukiyaki Western Django left a bad taste in my mouth, so I hope this delivers. The Warrior’s Way stars South Korean blockbuster star Jang Dong Gun, Kate Bosworth, Danny Huston and Geoffrey Rush. Check out the trailer below via Apple.

According to director Michael Bay, Twins will not be returning in Transformers 3.
Bay posted a simple message on his forum stating that Skids and Mudflap, the two possibly racist robots who spoke in ebonics, constantly bickered, couldn’t read and one even had a gold buck-tooth, will not be returning for Transformers 3.
“The Twins are not back in T3.”
While the robots will not be back, actress/comedienne Kym Whitley (Til Death, The Hustle) has joined the cast. Here is what she had to say on her twitter…
“Working on Transformers 3 today, a little nervous…always when starting a new project. I have said the Lords prayer 12 times.”
Transformers 3, stars Shia Labeouf, Megan Fox, Julie White, Kevin Dunn, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson, John Malkovich and Patrick Dempsey, comes to theaters July 1st, 2011.

Why do film studios i.e. Deon Taylor Studios choose to make a movie based off of the latest technological device, or latest fad i.e. chain letter, text messaging? Does this kind of film have staying power? No one remembers the film Text, or the television series Voicemail, but here we have another gimmicky titled film called Chain Letter. Maybe director Deon Taylor (7eventy 5ive) can spark something imaginative in Chain Letter. Yet, the title and synopsis says shallow drivel, despite Taylor's somewhat excellent track record (Night Tales, The Hustle). This is only an opinion, as the film has not been reviewed here, or seen. However, to really excite a viewers' fears look at the mythology that children are raised on i.e. Hansel and Gretel (cannibalism, infanticide), Little Red Riding Hood (attempted murder, mutilation) and others. Have chain letters and a connection to fear sunk deep enough into...
