Words can hardly describe how passionately I adore this film. That it languishes unrecognized in cinematic obscurity only makes it more beautiful. Every line and character arc drips with sublime sarcasm at the hypocrisy of society and human nature. I wish this writing team could crank out a film every year, but the fact that there are only a few makes them all the more precious. Obviously it's not for everyone, but I loved it. Perfectly cast, perfectly performed & perfectly filmed, even the "art" pieces are all characters unto themselves. It was great to see Vinnie Jones playing something other than a gangster, Lucy Punch playing serious, and Adam Goldberg shines in this perfectly frowny & perpetually irritated role. "0kay well I don't crumple paper, I tear it, and when I do it, it's music, when he does it, it's just stupid." All of the performances were standouts, with perfectly committed deadpan straightfaced delivery of every line, and each line more hilariously absurd than the last. Thanks Amazon Prime, I never would have found this treasure on my own. Happyface emoji.
