Following Jigsaw's grisly demise, Mark Hoffman is commended as a hero, but Agent Strahm is suspicious, and delves into Hoffman's past. Meanwhile, another group of people are put through a series of gruesome tests.
(at around 39 mins) Screenwriters Marcus Dunstan and Patrick Melton appear briefly on the elevator where Hoffman first meets Jigsaw.

Jigsaw: No, no, no, no, no. This is redemption. Just giving you an option. That's all. Now, you can arrest me, but doing so, your life ends as you know it. Or, you could explore the method of rehabilitation that'll permit you to sleep ...
In the "Electric Bathtub" trap room, Brit, Luba, and Mallick are told that they have three minutes to "bridge the gap" and unlock the door to the next room. A timer above the door shows 15 minutes, but this one is connected to bombs in the corners of the room (something not mentioned on the videotape); the three-minute timer is set up separately.
Also available in an unrated director's cut version, which restores deleted scenes and the violence originally cut for an 'R' rating.
