Black Raven

The movie is based on a novel and the novel depicts real history. So as much of an artistic interpretation there is, it is still a true story.

And us Ukrainian need those historic tales about real heroes of our nation.

We have to remember that regardless of time and age Russians are occupants and murderers of Ukrainian people.

And on that level the movie is perfect.

The production on another had is lacking in realistic department. I believe in characters and acting is good, but the movie looks like a theater play rather than a movie.

Also, there is an issue of sound design. The music is not bad, but it is too loud to hear the voices. Most of the movie I couldn't hear the actors.

Finally, I don't know the issues of fair use and censorship of the reviews from the 1+1 production. I know that 1+1 is a corrupt channel , but that doesn't mean the movie should be rated as 1/10.
