| A great comedy. For Eurovision fans and others...
A great comedy and a cult film in Israel. It combines 2 major aspects in Israeli life: Israeli defense forces and... Eurovision. The humor is very Israeli but I believe that also non-Israeli's will find the movie funny. The music in the film is also very recommended - Eurovision's hits from the 70's (especially from 1979's Eurovision that took place in Israel). The performance of the main actors (Tal Friedman and Zion Baruch, Two major comedians in Israel) is impressive. In the heart of the movie there is a chase in a "Blues Brothers" style. Very eccentric characters and a nostalgic atmosphere. In my opinion this film is one of the best comedies that ever made in Israel!
