References to the unlucky number 13: (at around 18 mins) When Nick has his first vision, his alarm clock says "2:15". If you subtract the 2 from 15 it equals 13; (at around 1h 3 mins) The auditorium that Laurie and Janet go into is 13.

George Lanter: It's time for you to leave, sir.
Racist: Time? Your time's coming, chocolate.
(at around 1h 13 mins) Right as Nick sets off the sprinklers with the long board on fire, you can see him twitch and slide around his other arm slightly, which is supposed to be nailed to the wall and therefore immobile.
Opening credits run over a "greatest hits" of the kills in earlier installments, presented as 3D CGI X-rays.
