Routine all-girl escapism
Devinn Lane is shown directing the gals in the DVD's BTS short subject, but despite her interest in the project it emerges as strictly routine. My main fun in watching was neither erotic nor emotional, but merely trying to match the names and faces of the actresses with their verbally announced character names (duly added as best I could to the database).
It's a weekend for girls at a lovely resort where the main activity provided seems to be sex with the staff. Absence of any dramatic or character issues in Lane's screenplay spells just another hedonism = sex exercise.
Clumsiest aspect of the show is that some characters played by perhaps the biggest names in the cast just show up near the end for purposes of sex filler, rather than being integrated into the narrative. For example, Shyla Stylez doesn't even have a name assigned, just bringing her great body to a 4-girl orgy finale, while the talented Ashley Fires is similarly sloughed off as a blonde on a bench to be humped in an extraneous sex scene.
Tory Lane gets top billing and is the most uninhibited girl, as usual. She was a big star at the time (a decade ago) and I'm surprise that her career has not extended, while Tori Black (I always had trouble differentiating them back in the day) has re-emerged as a superstar recently.
