There is a nice twist in this episode which opens things up to speculation. In "The Overlook" there was a red herring. It had to do with the guy who stole the Cesium and his efforts to save his wife. So a discovery is made that throws things off. Meanwhile, the domestic terrorists are back at it, but now it could be almost anything.
