Evan Stone takes over as lead role at Hedley Reform School, succeeding Randy Spears in this stupid Wicked Pictures series, but the format is identical with Randy's editions and just as pointless.
Faculty members hump jail-bait looking gals, mainly blondes for a couple of hours, including a mandatory lesbian scene. Gimmick of Evan having a martial arts fight with rival Nick Manning is amateurish, and the sex scenes are a bore.
