This was a good episode until the last minute. Then the episode was totally ruined for me.

When a woman bursts in at their precinct and demands why ambulance chasing lawyers are calling her after a fender bender and wanting to see Vanessa Ray her fiance Sergeant Will Estes is on the desk. As we know Jamie Reagan is a boy scout so he's concerned and follows it up. It proves to be a test for him.

Tom Selleck has a gem come cross his desk, an undercover cop claims some police brutality. Is it or isn't it as Robert C,lohessy from his official family tries to defend the officer.

A truly stupid law is passed obligating the prosecution to give out addresses and names of witnesses to defense lawyers. Bridgt Moynahan is at her wit's end at the DA's office trying to deal with it.

Donnie Wahlberg and Marissa Ramirez have a homicide of a womanizing fashion photographer to deal with. The perpetrator turns out to be one they'did not contemplate.

The Estes part of this story is the dominant one. Makes for interesting vierwing.
