- TriviaThe plot of this episode is Jennifer Walters being sued by Titania for trademark infringement. In real life, the She-Hulk character was created by Marvel Comics precisely to preempt this legal situation with the producers of the The Incredible Hulk (1977) television series. The creators of the series were rumored to be considering creating a female version of the Hulk, which would have been owned by them rather than by Marvel.
- GoofsWhen the judge enters the courtroom everyone stands up but in the next shot Titania is sitting down while everyone else remains standing.
- Quotes
Jennifer Walters: What is this? "Snake venom lip plumper." She's literally selling snake oil.
- Crazy creditsThe title turns pink and silver and the subtitle changes to "by Titania", reflecting Titania having taken the She-Hulk name in this episode.

While I got a good bit of enjoyment from the previous episode, likely just because of the fun of Wong and Madisynn together, here we have another forgettable episode.
Without anyone like Wong, this show suffers from how plain and unfunny the main cast is. Not even our "character of the week" Titania adds too much. She's decently fun (her makeup brand was humorous), but underwhelming for how much she's been teased. There's also no explanation for why she had super strength.
This further proves my point of how disconnected the show feels. The episodes don't flow off each other well, even though every one of them ends with a cliffhanger.
Plus, the episodes themselves have pretty weak gags, boring dialogue, and if there is a court scene it's mediocre. Jennifer leads a superhuman law division, but instead of having some thoughtful cases defending superheroes, she's fighting over her name's trademark. Not having her name trademarked anyway makes her seem like a buffoon of a law major, just as her defendant points out.
Then we have the costume designer, and it's just silly to me that any real superheroes would be working with a random self-centered commissioner. The Daredevil tease is the only thing incentivizing me to watch the next episode, but I will be incredibly mad if his involvement decanonizes Melvin and the Daredevil show in general.
So really, this is just another unnecessary waste of 30 minutes. It's now been two episodes since the Wrecking Crew teased a bigger villain and we have no idea the direction they're going in despite being half a season in. Yikes.
