Before Penthouse video settled into its rut of 5-vignette videos, Randy Spears directed this trim suspense feature for the label. It spotlights stripper/Adult Cinema actress Exotica in one of her few starring assignments, and she makes for a sympathetic heroine.
Format is in the "Gaslight" thriller mode, with folks conspiring against Exotica. Her sex scenes are hot, and a talented supporting cast including Bobbi Starr and Brooke Banner add to the erotic content.
Hardly a classic, but definitely above average for the assembly-line Penthouse shop.
