A steamy teaser for Netflix’s Supersex hit Instagram today with a cheeky one-word caption, “morning!” The clip — posted to promote the seven-episode Italian series inspired by the real life of porn icon Rocco Siffredi — features actor Alessandro Borghi as Siffredi, surrounded by a harem of at least four women.
The shirtless Borghi is focused on one woman as he kisses her, and then wraps his hands around her buttocks and grinds away in a highly suggestive manner. Well, some of Netflix’s Instagram followers found it to be a lot to swallow along with their morning coffee. The comments section quickly filled up with nearly 12,000 comments (and 286,695 likes) as of press time, with many questioning whether such a post was in violation of community guidelines.
The short answer: No. According to Instagram’s community guidelines, the platform encourages users to “respect everyone on Instagram, don’t spam people or post nudity.

Former NBC Universal Television Entertainment chairman Jeff Gaspin is taking a job as VP of unscripted series at Netflix — reporting to Netflix VP of nonfiction series Brandon Riegg. It’s a bit of a reversal for the two execs: In 2010, Riegg joined NBC as vice president of alternative series & development, reporting to the heads of alternative programming there, who in turn reported to Gaspin.
It’s a return to the executive ranks for Gaspin, who most recently ran Gaspin Media as president. It was there that his output included Netflix’s “The Tinder Swindler,” as well as its “Rhythm & Flow.” His other credits included “The First Lady.”

Netflix has been rolling out plenty of reality shows on its streaming platform. The sad part about this phenomenon is the lack of originality when it comes to the themes of the reality shows. Just several weeks ago, Squid Game: The Challenge was released, which was a reality-game version of a very famous Korean drama. Surviving Paradise on Netflix was devoid of substance. Love is Blind, Too Hot to Handle, Sugar Rush, Glow Up, and Is It Cake are some of the reality TV game shows on Netflix that were hit and miss.
The brand-new Netflix original, The Trust: A Game of Greed, is an addition to the plethora of shows in this genre, but just like before, it has nothing new to offer. This reality game show was released on January 10, 2023, and it is about a trust full of money being offered to 11 participants who come from various walks of life.

Netflix Co-CEO Ted Sarandos said the company’s “disciplined” push into video games, which began two years ago, has already yielded “a bunch of positives.”
Operating margins, for one thing, have improved at Netflix from 4% to 20% since 2016, Sarandos said during a sit-down at the Ubs Media and Communications Conference. Gaming is poised to contribute to that profitability, though Sarandos did not comment directly on the financials of the nascent gaming business. But one long-term incentive to be in the video game space, he said, is increasing subscriber retention and using games as a “bridge” between seasons of shows.

The streaming giant's latest reality hit has been something a bit different for the platform, serving as a spin-off of the beloved Netflix drama Squid Game, as opposed to an original series like some of its other reality-based fare
Over the past few weeks, The Challenge has widdled down its cast of contestants - by way of high-stakes schoolyard games - from 456 to just three.

“Dancing with the Stars” underwent a couple of big changes going into its 32nd season in 2023. After streaming exclusively on Disney+, the show returned to its original home on ABC (though still simulcast on the streaming service). So who was sent home from the competition when and for which dances? Below, see the complete results of “DWTS” season 32, updated every week as additional couples are sent home.

Mirror Ball front-runner Xochitl is slated to dance a samba and a waltz. Samba is notoriously one of the hardest styles to learn and perform on “DWTS,” and Jason struggled with his on “Whitney Houston Night” before he came back with a vengeance on “A Celebration of Taylor Swift.” Will it challenge Xochitl just as much, or will it be child’s play for the 17-year-old actress?

Harry Jowsey and his pro partner Rylee Arnold endeared themselves to Dancing With the Stars viewers this season. The reality TV star’s vulnerability and likability played a key role in his going as far as he did in the competition. The Too Hot to Handle star was an audience favorite not only with viewers at home but also with members of the studio audience. (They could often be heard yelling “Harry!” more frantically than Sheila Fisher ever did on Knots Landing.) After scoring a record high of 30 points this week for their rumba to Taylor Swift’s song “August” and losing out to Alyson Hannigan and Sasha Farber in a dance relay to Swift’s “Shake It Off,” Jowsey and Arnold landed in the bottom three. Then, they were announced as the eliminated duo, narrowly missing advancing to the semi-finals. TV Insider chatted with the couple on the post-show...

“The Brady Bunch” actor Barry Williams was eliminated in seventh place on “Dancing with the Stars” at the end of “Whitney Houston Night.” Did he deserve to exit the competition? Not according to the fans we polled. More than 90% responded that the wrong celebrity went home. Who should’ve left instead? I think we all know the answer to that.
I for one thought Williams would survive the night. He performed a solid if not show-stopping rumba with his pro partner Peta Murgatroyd that scored eights across the board. But then he brought the house down during his dance-off against Jason Mraz. The 69-year-old actor boldly flung open his shirt during their head-to-head salsas and was so enthusiastic during the dance that he had the crowd chanting his name. Even though he lacked Mraz’s polished technique, the judges declared him the winner of the dance-off anyway. So when he was eliminated soon thereafter,...

Giannina Gibelli and Damian Powers’ messy romance was front-and-center in Love Is Blind Season 1. The pair were part of the first group of people to take part in Netflix’s blind dating experiment, which was filmed in 2018 and aired in 2020. Giannina and Damian connected in the pods and made it all the way to the altar before he shocked everyone by refusing to say “I do.”
But that memorable wedding day twist wasn’t the end of Giannina and Damian’s story. The couple reconciled after filming ended and stayed together for several years. Then, Damian showed up at the 2021 Love Is Blind: After the Altar reunion special with Too Hot to Handle star Francesca Farago on his arm. Giannina was understandably furious with her boyfriend’s behavior, and soon after they called it quits for good.
What have Giannina and Damian been up to since their less-than-amicable breakup?...

“The Circle,” Netflix’s social media-inspired reality competition series, has been renewed for two more seasons.
Seasons 6 and 7 of the series were filmed in Atlanta, a departure from its previous U.K.-based seasons. Season 6 is set to debut next spring.

The series first debuted in January 2020, just ahead of pandemic lockdowns, and is produced by Studio Lambert and Motion Content Group. “Dancing with the Stars” fans were surprised by Mira Sorvino‘s elimination on “Most Memorable Year Night.” In fact, no one who made their predictions last week here in our predictions center anticipated that result. Hardly anyone agreed with it either. When we polled our readers at the end of the night, only 5.88% said Sorvino was the celebrity who should have been eliminated. Sorvino and her pro partner Gleb Savchenko performed a contemporary routine to “Time After Time” by Cyndi Lauper. It was all the more special because the dance featured Sorvino’s own daughter, whose birth marked Sorvino’s most memorable year. She received her best scores yet for the routine, including her first eight from Derek Hough, but at the end of the night she was third from the bottom of the leaderboard, meaning she still needed lots of viewer votes to ensure her safety.

Bruno Tonioli said the routine, which was set to “Time After Time” by Cyndi Lauper was “beautiful,” and Carrie Ann Inaba said it “tugged on her heartstrings.” It earned the actress, who currently costars on “Shining Vale,” a 22/40 and her first “8” score of the season.
The theme of the evening for Week 5 was “Most Memorable Year,” with each of the 10 remaining celebrities choosing a song that meant a lot...

It’s been six months beloved judge Len Goodman passed, but Dancing with the Stars isn’t ready to say goodbye just yet.
Though Tuesday’s theme was Most Memorable Year, the Week 5 episode was really meant to honor Goodman, who died from prostate cancer in April at the age of 78. After airing a sentimental package featuring past pros talking about what an honor it was to be both complimented and criticized by Goodman, the episode then featured a dance tribute to “Moon River” that was waltzed to perfection by current pros and past faves Kym Johnson, Anna Trebunskaya, Karina Smirnoff, Edyta Sliwinska, Tony Dovolani, Louis van Amstel, Maks Chmerkovskiy and Mark Ballas.
It ended with the troupe gesturing to an empty middle chair on the judges’ dais. Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli wept.

NFL football star Adrian Peterson was a controversial contestant on “Dancing with the Stars” to say the least due to allegations of child abuse and domestic violence. Thus, many fans online celebrated his elimination on “Disney100 Night.” But we got different results when we polled fans of “DWTS” after last week’s results. When we asked who should have been eliminated from the competition, 21.92% voted for Peterson. That means more than 78% of respondents would have eliminated someone else. Scroll down for our surprising poll results.
The vast majority of fans were split between five contestants. Getting the most votes (29.08%) was “Real Housewives” star and real estate agent Mauricio Umansky. He landed in the bottom two on “Premiere Night,” so it didn’t seem like he would last long in the competition, but he has been safe from elimination ever since. On “Disney100 Night” he performed a paso doble, a difficult...

For a minute, I wasn’t sure if the latest episode of Dancing with the Stars was a tribute to Hyundai’s Ioniq 5 or a celebration of Disney’s 100th. Looks it was a whole lot of both! Ah, the magic of product placement.
It felt like an opportunity lost, though, not putting judge Bruno Tonioli in the middle of that rousing opening number to Encanto‘s “We don’t talk about Bruno.” But Tonioli still got to show off his chest hair at the end of dance, so all was not lost.
On with Disney 100 night!
Actor Barry Williams (The Brady Bunch) with partner Peta Murgatroyd. When tasked with dancing jazz, Williams said he comes well prepared: He starred in a Broadway staging of Pippin back in the ’70s that was directed and choreographed by Bob Fosse. It’s been a looong time since that memorable run in New...
