Realtors competing to represent (and get big fees) an inherited house on the resale market is the concept of this edition of the Girlfriends series, one that varies markedly in quality. This is one of its lesser efforts.
The repetitious gimmick is that the real estate ladies must sexually service their prospective homeowner clients in order to get the job. Romi Rain's huge jugs tend to dominate all else in the frame, as she takes the initiative in dating and humping Aidra Fox, and later on Fox gets to sample the lesbian wares of rival realtor Ryan Keely, latter in heavy butch mode.
