On February 1, 2009 in Tuscon, Arizona, a brief 30 second clip from the film interrupted a Comcast digital cable broadcast of Super Bowl XLIII on NBC. Comcast offered a $10 credit for customers who saw the incident and the FCC said it would investigate the cause of the incident. In February of 2011, Frank Tanori Gonzalez was arrested by Tuscon Police and the FBI on suspicion of fraud and computer tampering in connection with the porn incident.
