| Awesome animation with gorgeous CGI effects !!!
Legend of the Guardians was a very well made film by Zack Snyder with superb visual effects and good story line. Kludd and Soren are two teenage owls who have just begin branching and learning to fly from their parents. One dreadful night, unknown to their parents, on the verge of trying to fly by themselves , they fall from their nest and are picked up by evil Tyouts who , in general, catches younger owlets and make them moon-blinked to become their slave. However , Soren soon realizes their evil plan and is helped by a veteran to escape the evil kingdom and reach the Legend of Guardians to set free other younger owlets from the evil Tyouts. Zack Snyder , director of 300 and Watchmen , is famous for the graphic portrayal in his film and he has left no stone unturned with this one as well. The supreme quality of animation effects in the film shows how well versed is the director with animation and graphic incorporation. Each and every frame is so beautifully depicted and you would want to re-visit the scenes. Direction wise, Zack has done a fabulous job in creating a kingdom full of owls. The film is entertaining and will help you keep afloat till the end. The screenplay is tight along with a well written story by Kathryn Lasky. Special mention to the visual effects team for doing a awesome job for giving such a wonderful animation. Voices by Jim Sturgess and Hugo Weaving are impeccable. As I mentioned before, the animation is just awesome which can be best enjoyed in IMAX and 3D screens. Overall , a very well crafted film with splendid CGI effects and thrilling experience. Watch out for the scene where Soren gets drenched as he is flying through the rain droplets.
