It's merely 5 vignettes, with set-ups voiced over as letters to the magazine (read by one of the actors or actresses) prior to generic sex. There's nothing dangerous here, as the cast has sex in public places like a clothing store or on a film set (duh!).
Alektra Blue gets top billing in the packaging of the DVD, coincident with her appearing as Pet of the Month in the magazine and signing up as a Wicked Pictures contract girl. She performs in a perfunctory lesbian scene with Charmane Star, while another of the 5 segments is also Sapphic sex, featuring Jordan Price and Kayla Paige.
