Prepare yourself for an uncertain ending before watching this film, because this is one of those movies that makes you think and everyone interprets the story differently.

This movie is a human drama about a man who is about to partake in an arranged marriage with a perfect girl, but things around him becomes more and more chaotic as he realizes that his happiness may not be marriage.

The story had a really nice flow, and there were many beautiful shots of the countryside with nice music. The camera-work for couple of scenes were really amazing as well.

All the actors fit their role very well, and the chemistry between father and son was amazing. It was just fascinating watching Odagiri Joe and all the subtle gestures he used to express his character's feelings. He once again proves why he is one of the best actors in Japan.

This movie is not for everyone, but I was tremendously moved by it. Happiness is different for everyone, maybe even impossible to attain, but I hope I will have the courage to pursuit it no matter what, just like the protagonist in this movie.
