A feature would have been better
Nic Cramer's "Soiled Doves" for Sin City fooled me: I was expecting a feature film but he instead delivers merely six unrelated vignettes on the subject of prostitution. Result is more reminiscent of his short scenes shot for Private Media a decade earlier than his classic movies like "Looker" and "Shattered Vows".
Casting is fine, with the big names like Lola, Sydnee Steele and Taylor St. Claire all convincing as ladies of the evening. Best acting is by Dale DaBone, while fellow director Michael Raven shows up in a brief cameo as a tough pimp.
