I was not expecting much after seeing the Channel 4 trailers. Turned out it's a really funny and well written comedy. A bit like a modern day Alan Partridge in terms of premise and laughs with a nice story arc. Hopefully it will return for a second series.

I think a lot of people will tuned in because of Christopher Meloni, but then be totally disappointed and tune back out. Watching Maxxx is like watching a ferret in bad boy band clothes. The whole thing is formulaic, predictable and not worth watching. I will watch for Chris' new Law and Order series and pass on this.

Only watched as Chris Meloni is in it .But even he can't save this dire script ..Waiting for Law and Order Criminal Intent to come on .

Just so funny, quick witted, clever, and well written!! We loved it and smashed through the series in one sitting. Here's hoping for series 2!!

This TV show is the best among the ones i have been watching

I love the diversity of characters in this show! the subplots are so well written and there's some deep stories beneath the comedy
