When it came to planning her Nov. 21 wedding to Ben Domenech, Meghan McCain was not in the mood to stress.

The Moesha cast is back!
The cast of the Upn sitcom reunited on The Real on Friday, 16 years after the show's finale, and the crew struggled to hold back their emotions.
Brandy couldn't help but tear up while reuniting with Sheryl Lee Ralph, Shar Jackson, Countess Vaughn, William Allen Young, Marcus T. Paulk and Ray J.
"This is just such a great moment," she explained. "This is beautiful. This is God. This is love. This is everything. Thank you guys so much for this moment."
Exclusive: Brandy on the Legacy of 'Moesha' 20 Years Later and Her Hope for a Reunion
Moesha aired from 1996 to 2001 and followed Brandy's character as she navigated family and teenage life in Los Angeles. Nearly two decades later, the cast couldn't be more on board for a possible reboot.
"We ended on a cliff," Brandy reasoned. "[Moesha's brother] Miles was kidnapped, [and] we don't know who's pregnant."

If Emma Thompson can’t make “The Children Act,” a drama about a family-court judge conflicted over her own decisions and the precarious state of her own family, into something interesting and meaningful, then no one can. And she can’t. Screenwriter Ian McEwan, adapting his own novel, and director Richard Eyre (“Notes on a Scandal”) have assembled a fine cast to tackle controversial subjects brimming over with dramatic possibility, but the results are stultifyingly subdued. It’s all so polite, so sober, so convinced of its own importance, that it never has a pulse. This is love and life and death discussed.

Considering the once-unprecedented mainstream success of Darude‘s 2001 hit, “Sandstorm,” he’s been surprisingly absent from the electronic music landscape in recent years. He appears to have set out to change that in 2016, however, as he’s fired off a couple of new releases – the more recent of which being his remix of Tritonal’s “This Is Love.”
In what appears to be an attempt to adopt a more post-edm style, Darude trades in the festival-friendly synth leads of the original for a danceable Korg M1 piano melody. While it doesn’t sound like what you might expect from much-maligned figure of yesteryear dance music, it does bear similarities to much of the music featured in recent editions of his Salmiakki Sessions mix series.
Then again, it bears mention that Darude released several versions of his previous release: “Moments” featuring Sebastian Reyman (see below). So, it’s not too far...

I can’t say that I’ve been hating what Blasterjaxx has been putting out quite as much lately. The Dutch progressive house duo are famous for putting out the vapid sort of big room house that became a staple of festival main stages in recent years, and while their remix of Tritonal’s “This Is Love” doesn’t reinvent the wheel it at least exhibits a little depth of concept.
Blasterjaxx’s version of “This Is Love” doesn’t feature quite as crisp of sound design elements as the original, but it does repurpose the source material in a manner that doesn’t lean too heavily on its overall concept. Tritonal’s Hoover synth stacks are replaced with more hollow sounding tones that, while following a different progression than those of the original, are arranged more melodically than their typical releases.

Craig Keller and Uncas Blythe continue our series of film dialogues. Isiah Medina's 88:88 is having its exclusive online premiere at Mubi, playing through April 17, 2016.Craig Keller: We're going to talk about Isiah Medina's 66-minute film from 2015, 88:88. It's a challenging movie: polyphonic, polypictorial, but not confrontational, in fact pretty chilled-out; if it were featured on Top Gear the hosts might praise its speed, dynamic facility, and stability of suspension. 88:88 presents Medina himself and a group of friends or characters from university in and around the neighborhoods of Winnipeg. Now I'll refrain from synopsizing any more. I had a hard time with the film, but like any complicated work revisitations in whole and in part yield stronger comprehension; accordingly, new insights rise to the surface. Going back through it again the other day I started by watching only the first ten minutes, which provide an overture,...

Over the course of their career, Tritonal have proven themselves capable of making challenging and innovative music. The Austin, Texas-based duo still certainly put out their fair share of main stage fluff, though – and their new track, “This Is Love, unfortunately falls into that category.
While not poorly produced by any means, “This Is Love” relies on saccharine synth work and a formulaic arrangement to ensure support from Edm’s mainstream tastemakers. To be fair, entry-level tracks like these undoubtedly serve a role as a gateway through which uninitiated fans can eventually discover more challenging music – but after what the duo delivered on last year’s “Gamma Gamma,” the more seasoned Tritonal fan is bound to yearn for more.
After checking out “This Is Love” in the player above, let us know if you look forward to seeing what else the duo brings to the table as spring season approaches by dropping a comment below.

What do you consider a great love story? Having just sorted through my complicated reactions to a marathon of ten films that dealt in some way with love, it may seem redundant to ask the question above, but it's something I often contemplate when I see the ways that people approach the subject on film. What I find most moving these days is when I see a love story that is about mutual respect, about two people who take delight in one another. When I look around me, the friends I see who have the best marriages are the ones where there is a constant push and pull of attraction, where they obviously still work to impress and entertain each other. There is a reason I use Nick and Nora Charles as my model for what a great marriage looks like, and I know it when I see it now,...

Jimmy and I grew up together. We were friends since seventh grade and we went to a small high school in New Jersey. It was impossible not to love this kid. He was voted Best Looking and Class Flirt. Girls loved him because he was beautiful, inside and out. He was a great athlete and we did the plays together. Jimmy was quiet in person but explosive on stage. In my yearbook, he kind of wrote something like, “Duff, I’ll see you on Broadway.”
Fairly quickly out of college, he was working in the city and immediately started getting acting work.

Plus, Adrianna & Liam sabotage their careers. Good choices, all around!
After deciding to get a divorce, Naomi (AnnaLynne McCord) and Max (Josh Zuckerman) wrestled with the idea of actually living separate lives on the Feb. 11 episode of 90210. Even though they still had chemistry — and I literally mean they did a chemistry experiment — they concluded it wouldn’t be fair to keep the marriage alive.
Personally, I’m shocked that this couple is over already. I mean, when Max ditched his fiancée for Naomi, then married her in a rushed courtroom proceeding, I thought to myself, “This is love. The episode begins with a typical American family scene: a man drowning his own daughter in the bathtub. Turns out Frank (William H. Macy) is just helping Debs (Emma Kenney) - by force, granted - to build up her underwater breath-holding time in order to prepare her for the bullying she is set to suffer at the hands of all the city kids - Frank clarifies, "and by city kids, I mean black kids" - at the Sullivan Street pool. Frank's convinced that, as they did to him back in the '60s, "savage little Cosby Kids will drown your ass." Well, Frank - maybe your ass actually earned a drowning or two, ever think of that?

From "Gangam Style" to "Wild Ones" to "Payphone," 2012 has given us some pop gems. With the year coming to a close, mashup season has officially begun.
Watch above a 50-song year-end mashup that includes hits from Justin Bieber, Goyte, Katy Perry, Rihanna, and more.
Created by Daniel Kim, the eight-minute video transitions from a bedazzled Jessie J. waving her arms to "Domino," right into tuxedoed fun. frontman Nate Ruess, and on to Adele. Kim has posted year-end mashups for 2010 and 2011 on his YouTube channel as well.
One person who is noticeably missing from the list? Taylor Swift. Maybe Kim considers Swift a country artist, or maybe "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" just doesn't do it for him.

Emma Stone has packed a whole lot of career into just a few short years, so we’re kind of amazed that she’s just turning 24 today — not that she can’t keep playing teenagers! As much as we love her looks and her too-adorable-for-words relationship with Andrew Garfield, what we really admire about Emma is her self-deprecation and her comedic timing. That’s why to celebrate her birthday, we decided to gather 10 of our favorite quotes from The Amazing Spider-Man star’s interviews. We dare you not to be charmed.
“I haven’t really heard any rumors about me, but I keep encouraging people to please make some up. They are always so much better than the truth.” — People, September 2010

Warning: This recap of Pretty Little Liars is completely fictional. Any resemblance to the actual show is not intentional, except yeah, this is totally the actual show with exactly what actually happened. Did you not watch?
So last week on Pretty Little Liars, the same thing happened in Rosewood that happens every goddamn week in Rosewood: someone moved into the house of a dead bitch and pretended to know all the secrets within it, and Spencer's shrew nose sniffed a clue. Hanna walked all over Caleb, Aria loved Ezra but was contemplating having sex with someone else to make her life a little more spicy, and Emily wandered aimlessly, wondering what the hell a "smile" was.
We start on a bright, sunny morning, but I imagine that to Emily Fields and Her Horribly Sad Face, this looks like a dreary morning where the clouds are grey and it's raining Maya's blood,...

Hey I just wrote it and this is crazy, but here’s the Chart News, so read it maybe.
Quick Overview – If you’re unfamiliar with the Billboard chart over in the USA, you’ll soon realise that there’s very little movement and even less changes at the top. Therefore it’s no surprise that Carly Rae Jepsen is still giving strangers her number for the 3rd week running. On the completely opposite end of the chart spectrum (and the opposite side of the world), the Australian Aria charts are All movement this wekk. Out goes The Voice entries (except Karise Eden’s winner’s single at #5) and up up up goes everything else with a top 10 consisting of 9 climbers and 1 non-mover. The victor in all this? Flo Rida and his Whistle blowing instruction manual – go figure… For the UK charts, it’s a mixed bag. New entries at #1 and #3 for Will.

For his song "This Is Love," will.i.am enlisted Dutch singer Eva Simons to add some powerhouse vocals to the raging party track. The searing dance production is highlighted by Simons' diva-tude as her voice soars over will's creation, full of big chants, bumping beats and dirty synths.
Simons had already proved she had hook potential appearing on Afrojack's 2010 dance-floor anthem "Take Over Control," and given will's history of enlisting female pop singers to add a bit of sexy flair to his songs, Simons was a perfect muse to help shape his latest dance-pop track.
"He is super creative, and we kind of have the same energy: We can't sit still. We were in the studio, and he had this track," Simons recalled to MTV News about working with the Black Eyed Peas mastermind.
