Paul J. Franklin, the visual effects supervisor on "Venom," won Academy Awards for his work on "Inception" and "Interstellar." He also worked on director Christopher Nolan's "Batman" trilogy.

(Around 14 minutes) when Anne gets fired she says she loved Eddie, to which he replies 'You loved me. What does that supposed to mean?' He should have asked either 'What does that mean?' or 'What is that supposed to mean?'
There is a scene in the closing credits: Eddie Brock goes to visit convicted killer Cletus Kasady in San Quentin Prison.
The theatrical release featured an extended clip from Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018) as a post-credits scene. It was however not included in the internet version.
