Perhaps too close to one of those in-house advertisements for comfort, this compilation of 10 scenes from Private Media's catalog of 2004 releases has its moments, particularly a fake Japanese vignette titled "Black Tears, Golden Shadows" drawn from "The Private Life of Sarah O'Neal" that scores on style points alone. My natural aversion to the slice 'n dice approach to cinema that so much of Adult Video has regressed to militates against my overall enjoyment of this ephemeral package.
Some highlights include the divine Sarah in the aforementioned scene, making love to Toni Ribas with Japanese voice-over and striking, abstracted visuals as the pair go through an uncountable number of sexual positions.
British talent scores in several of these excerpts, notably a Gazzman vehicle for busty blonde Stacy Silver titled "Hot Property" wherein she goes through quite a few d.p.'s at the cocks of Tony DeSergio and Denis Marti, as well as DeSergio teaming up with Mark Sloan to deflower bikini- clad Sandy Style in "Sluts in the Sun" (a title that somehow escaped Doris Wishman in her Florida Nudist Camp career phase).
Filmed in St. Martin, "Caribbean Airlines" has a cute reverse gang-bang with five stewardesses (who keep their airline caps on throughout, otherwise getting nude in a pool) servicing lucky Francesco Malcom. Two scenes were shot in Santo Domingo, and other locations include Budapest and Private's home turf of Spain.
One of the best segments spotlights one of the best actresses back then: Jane Darling in a scene titled "Boss of Your Mind" (whatever that means in pidgin English) excerpted from "The Private Life of Jane Darling". It (along with the Sarah O'Neal scene) makes me want to check out more of that "Private Life of..." series, which I have avoided assuming it was all retread stuff.
