It is streaming now in some theatres. You can rent it from the Music Box Theatre here: musicboxtheatre(dot)com. It opens on Friday, Dec. 4.
It's from China, so it would be hard to find and you probably need to torrent it from somewhere. It's a public-benefit movie paid for by taxpayers, so it's okay.
