    Warning: Spoilers
According to legend, Lililth was a figure in the Bible who was booted out of the Garden of Eden long before the transgressions of Adam and Eve. True to her heritage, Lilith Jones of "The Single Mom Conspiracy" (a.k.a., "An Organized Killer") is the incarnation of evil. Much like the shenanigans of her biblical counterpart, the game of Lilith Jones is the destruction of happy families.

Lilith fixes her sights on the recently divorced Grace McGuire, who is refurbishing the old "moose lodge" eatery into an upscale, chic restaurant by the ocean. After a break-in at her home, Grace decides to take on a renter for added security. Without checking references, Grace rents a room to Lilith, who was the perpetrator who committed the break-in.

As Lilith worms her way into the lives of Grace and her teenage daughter Charlie, the essential shortcomings of the film emerge. Grace is far too gullible in trusting Lilith, and the brat daughter is duped as well. Both of Grace's friends, Jacklyn and Kristin, are suspicious of Lilith. But Grace inexplicably pays no heed to her friends.

At a time when she should have her guard up due to the break-in, Grace is preoccupied in a dalliance with a younger man named Alex, who is working for her at the restaurant. While there was good chemistry apparent in the relationship, appearances can be deceiving, especially when Grace's life starts to fall apart.

The filmmakers moved too abruptly to a grande finale when Lilith suddenly whips out a pistol and takes young Charlie hostage. It was also a bit of a stretch to see the transformation in the character of Grace's ex-husband James, who goes from being a seedy troublemaker to a Superman-like hero. The big fight scene turned into farce with the wild punches being thrown and bodies flying around the swimming pool.

The film held the audience's interest for ninety minutes due to the interesting characters and good performances. Lilith was the dynamo who served as the catalyst for the action. Her story about being an orphan who fell in love with her step-brother was perfectly in keeping with her neurotic sensibilities. By the end, she has escaped the long arm of the law, opening the possibility for a repeat performance in a sequel.

I liked it. Weak start, strong finish. The cast did a good job.

Allison McAtee's performance as Grace was good. The character was kind of scatty, almost narcissistic, but I liked her more as the film went on. Alex (Andrew Spach) seemed a bit wooden, but a nice guy. Evil Lilith was well-played by Samantha Cope, and there was clearly something going on between her & Alex from her first appearance. Grace was truly & horribly gullible. Her judgement was incredibly poor to allow so many new people into her family's life like that, and to have an affair with her employee like that.

Who has a stranger move into their home without checking references? And for someone financially well off and living with a teenager, why would you need a "roommate" for safety? Weird.

I liked the novel way Kristin was murdered, although I would have liked to see more of that character instead of killing her off. I also liked the other BF, Jaclyn (Triana Browne) and I'm glad she at least survived her attack. I saw Triana in a small role in another movie and found her performance interesting & memorable. She should be given lead roles in movies like this. 👍🏽 I'd definitely watch any film was to star in.

I also really liked Aubrey Steven's performance as Charlie. I thought she was going to portray a one-dimensional bratty child - instead she was really excellent & nuanced. She and Triana were my favourite things about this film.

The last 30 mins were good. And I liked the ending with the happy family reunited.

    Dumb
Dumbest movie ever. Makes no sense whatsoever. Don't waste your time.
  • Warning: Spoilers
"What do you want, money?" OK, I'll bite. I never "want" to see 2021's An Organized Killer ever again. I'm dead serious. It's like a bad episode of The O. C. It's wine and cheese la-di-da. It's a potboiler gone to "pot". It's trashy soap opera incarnate. I hated it.

Shot in Dallas, Texas (but it could've been SoCal or Florida for all we know), "Organized" features some good-looking actors only to have them appear doltish, slight, and oblivious. The viewer is one step ahead of the film's insensible plot contrivances as the eyes roll threefold.

The helmer for An Organized Killer (Arizona's filmmaker of the year Brian Skiba) is a veteran of thirty-three credits a la the almighty IMDb. He should know better than to not skim on being predictable, snobbish, and/or feeble. His direction is off-kilter and his poor editor (Michael Kuge) has almost nothing to bounce off of. Skiba's "Organized" gives the middle finger to what made Lifetime fare such an intriguing guilty pleasure. A studio head from LMN would see this swipe and ask questions till the darn sun came down.

The problem with An Organized Killer along with its stiff acting, is that there's no point to all of it. The antagonists are evil for the sake of being evil and they have no motive except to make other people's lives miserable. As something about a divorcee who takes in a psychotic roommate with an equally scheming, hunky sidekick, "Organized" turns up the camp with its marshmallows being as stale as apartment mold.

The movie title of my panning review is of course, An Organized Killer. The USA title is The Single Mom Conspiracy. Neither of them seem fitting in a flick that literally evaporates as you see it. How about calling "Organized" Incest for an Inquest. Yup, you can just "kill" me now.

    Warning: Spoilers
As usual there's a skank cougar with a boytoy who lets in a complete stranger into her home without doing proper background checks. The story is absolutely ridiculous. We see Jaclyn walking onto her porch talking to someone who did a background check on Lilith and for no reason whatsoever she puts her phone on speakerphone. Then of course she gets clobbered by Lilith. In another scene Lilith kidnaps Charlie at gunpoint and puts her in her car, she turns to Charlie and says don't do anything stupid, then she puts the gun down between the car seats and drives off. I mean WTF? Who writes these stories/scripts? Also as usual the antagonists get away with it in the end unscathed!!!!!! Pathetic LMN! What annoys about most of these movies is the villians get away very effortlessly!!!!
  • Sorry its really really disgusting movie..such a shameful plot..
  • I was surprised to see this rank a 6.9 (as of 3/17/21) which is well above the mid 5's that most LMN movies will get. I think this is better than most LMN movies but not that much better. The plot is about as formulaic as most LMN movies are.

I will admit I'm quite smitten with Allison McAtee. I thought her bubbly performance here was very good, much better than in Deadly Mile High Club. Hope to see more of her in the future. She fits the rich, attractive, middle-age woman role so often needed in LMN movies.

Was not thrilled with Samantha Cope's performance. I know she played the annoying villain here but I was still annoyed by her in general.

    Nul
Je vien de perdre 1h25 de ma vie pour un tel film L'histoire n'a aucun sens . C'est pas du tout un thriller scénario redicule . Sans parler de la fin !
  • Warning: Spoilers
The plot makes no sense but a nice twist i will say, but nothing led you to the twist. Youre just watching a ton of filler and confusing character development, if there is any. The daughter was never kidnapped as lifetime and google said in their description. The acting was insufferable to watch i may add.

And then the mom miraculously gets back with her ex husband.

And then the lilth is supposed to be dating alex but they are never together i dont know the movie just does not make any sense.

I personally would not waste your time watching the movie. It has two different titles, and the descriptions do not line up with the plot.
  • The plot was pretty good. Alex was a total tool. Grace was more gullible than anyone in real life could be. Actress playing Lilith played the sinister role very well. We would like to see more of Triana Browne.

Movie is bad is one thing but the acting pls be professional. The killer just makes me feel lots of actress indeed not bad, after I watch her act in this movie.
  • Another quality movie released under Marvista Entertainment for Lifetime Movie Network. Another cautionary story about entrusting life to a complete stranger. Often you need to trust strangers but setting boundaries is a must in certain situation and that's where life-threatening error happened in this real-life-like well-paced TV thriller. In this movie the divorced woman as described in the plot summary entrusted life and business management naively to good-looking people and in my opinion recklessly too since her responsibilities towards her family without any proper background checks. I would go even further and called being naïve or reckless a criminal negligence because of what it caused. Movie is relatively enjoyable but expect lots of other reviewers considering it another spin (if not a cliché) on many disastrous roommate tales.
