  • OK, so here is the thing, I'm a Mexican and when it comes to Mexican cinema I always try to support it, but when I see this kind of things I really feel that I totally wasted my money! The movie is boring as hell, the gags and jokes are very annoying, and the cast is bad bad bad. I got to admit I went to see this because my girl wanted to see this guy "Poncho" Herrera who is very popular because of his looks, the theater was full of ladies of course and the most funny part of it was when a guy on the front row yawned big time, that brought more laughs that the entire movie, it really is a painful 2 hours ride until a very predictable conclusion.
  • This has got to be the worse romantic movie I've ever seen in my life. To start it off, the movie was 2 hours too long, half of the cast were amateurs, and most of all, "Andres" was the most annoying creature I've ever watched. His acting was fake, very unnatural, horrible, and he just simply tried too hard. His goal was trying to be the energetic and funny friend of the company owner but nothing he said or did was funny; NOTHING! And apart from everything else, there was no music to play along with when the guy went to find the girl after she was going to leave the city, this is just another chick flick without the jokes or the heartwarming feeling you get at the end. I don't recommend this at all.

OK, It was my idea to go to see the movie, why? I thought it would be something like "Cansada de besar sapos", a simple story that would make me have a nice time but I spent the next week complaining with my students about such a horrible thing. Why? 1. The character of Ximena Herrera is the most unbelievable thing ever. First her character is a girl who works for a radio station; she has a show where she discusses corruption, ecology, and important stuffs, well that was what Poncho Herrera said anyway. Because, the only things she says in her show are for a support group not for a committed radio show, all those corny phrases with the voice of a hot line girl. That is not all, in one of the firsts scenes, we see her all fashionable, talking to her boyfriend. He asks her to go to a fashion show, and she complains!!!!!!!! Come on! She makes Merlyn Streep in Devil's wear Prada, look hideous. I almost forgot, she supposed to be a real ecologist and she wears leather boots. And I'm being nice, since I'm not saying anything about the acting. 2. There are scenes that should be advertisements, they are long, boring and it made no sense at all. 3. Love?????????????? The guy is looking for a girl he meets and thinks she is beautiful, when he is writing with the same girl, without knowing, of course. He never falls in love with her, so he wasn't really interested in her mind, no that I judge him. I could continue, but really, it's awful, the photography might be the only cool thing.
  • I thought this movie was refreshing and it was also really nice to see a Mexican film in which prostitution, violence and drugs are not the main story.

The photography is amazing and the music out of this world.

It's a romantic comedy that we girls always enjoy and find attractive.

The acting is good in general, specially Monica Huarte's, Alfonso Herrera's, and Eduardo Manzano 's, although I have to point out the fact that the Director was more into the "visual" scenes (which were longer than needed) than directing his actors but I enjoyed it and I absolutely recommend it.
