Working for Wicked Passions, modern home for the sappy XXX romance, Mike Quasar conjures up a strictly mediocre video.
I was thrilled upfront to see Bunny Colby in a leading role in story-line format (rather than her usual vignette or gonzo appearances), but she is not given much of a characterization. Instead we get a very tired premise of a couple breaking up -she wants commitment but he (Ryan McLane) isn't ready for a life together, having come off a divorce from his wife of seven years and understandably gun-shy.
Both coincidentally, based on advice from their respective friends Bella Roland and Lucas Frost, sign up with a dating app, hence the movie's title. Routine sex vignettes and a teeny bit of comedy result.
Particularly poor is David Lord, the Wicked Pictures producer, cast as a date from hell for Bunny via the app, who proves not to be amusing as intended but merely annoying. Similarly, Britney Amber as another unfortunate date (for Ryan) overacts.
Fortunately the sex with rubbers on scenes are hot, particularly Bunny's, which Quasarman makes one wait for until the final reel.
Much of the action is shot at the "Immoral Proposal" mansion, though it is not spotlighted front and center this time around.
