The Case of Porky's Pants/Fully Vetted

It opens with a take on a vintage Looney Tunes cartoon, Daffy Duck Dick Tracy.

Daffy watches his favourite detective show where he thinks two hoodlums are going to finish each other off. They are only exchanging Christmas presents.

When Daffy is knocked out by a television set. He imagines himself to as Detective Duck, Private Eye on the hunt for the perp who stole Porky Pig's trousers.

The suspect pantaloons have similar names to the villians in the Dick Tracy cartoon.

The second cartoon features Sylvester and Tweety. When Granny takes Tweety to visit the vet for a check up.

It gives Sylvester a chance to eat Tweety. However a vet hospital is no place for a ravenous cat. A rabid dog is too much for Tweety.

The first cartoon was more enjoyable and more inventive.
