When Ritchie and Billy are upstairs in the Neibolt house trying to get to Eddie, they choose the door not scary. When they open the door a female voice asks; "Where's my shoe?". Billy reaches for and turns on a light. This shouldn't have been possible because the house was run down and abandoned, so there shouldn't have been any electricity hooked up to the house.
At the start of the end credits, the It logo appears on screen, but this time with 'Chapter One' added across it. This reveals the movie's full name, and also shows that this is only the beginning.
