| Somewhat better than the My Friends Tigger and Pooh series
Tigger and Pooh and a Musical Too is a direct to DVD film where Rabbit becomes mayor and separates everyone in the hundred acre wood. The quality of this movie is not much different from the spin-off series My Friends Tigger and Pooh with Darby and Buster. However it does show more about friendship than mysteries like any WTP production should and the voice actors do a great job in the soundtrack, Jim Cummings still has the best of heart, and of course they brought back Kenny Loggins from The Tigger Movie for one of the songs. The story and animation isn't much different than a My Friends Tigger and Pooh episode but for an hour's length. So the only reason to watch it is to hear the talented voice actors sing the mid-quality written tracks since this movie is mostly a musical number.
