Operation Diamond Racket

This happens to be the fourth installment of the CID 999 franchise and certainly, the least rated according to me. CID 999 makes an appearance after 9 years and visibly there is a difference in the narration. The plot is weak and barring for the 'If you come Today', there isn't anything to talk about. I prefer the first three movies where the movie makers invested their resources in the narration. However, if you have watched all the previous three movies, then it is a must watch to complete the franchise. Otherwise, if you are a Raj Kumar fan, then this one isn't one of his great movies. The story doesn't compliment his acting skills.
