- Blood puddles underneath body parts are seen in the films' opening sequence in a few shots.
- A character is brutally punched in the stomach by another character. Blood pours out of their stomach, and we see blood squirting out of their mouths as they are dragged away. We see them get thrown against a wall and fall to the floor as they leave a large amount of blood on the wall behind them and the floor beneath them.
- A character is being strangled in one scene, but they are perfectly fine directly afterwards.
- A woman is apparently strangled to death. We see her pale corpse in a few scenes.
- A character commits suicide by jumping off of a hospital rooftop, dragging another character along with her. Their corpses are seen, with blood pouring out of their heads and onto the ground beneath them.
- A head emerges from a characters' stomach. Their stomach is then pricked with an object. Minimal blood is seen.
- A shadow smashes a boys head against the wall. a woman watches. blood runs down the wall. The boy slumps to the floor. The shadow reaches to the lady and grabs her face. She screams and the scene cuts.
