"Messed Up!" is a lousy miniseries from Girlfriend Films, presenting idiotic storylines to accompany standard XXX scenes kinky on paper rather than in realization. The 6th installment sort of waves the white flag, in providing almost no story material and utterly mechanical sex content, just going through the motions.
First off, most of the cast has been thrown out, with only principal stars Vanessa Veracruz and Chanel Preston, plus gimmicky guest star Violet Starr as a crippled girl, retained. A group of young actresses, headed by Anya Olsen, the late August Ames and Dolly Leigh, are substituted, cast as new parishioners for VV's cult religion, while that tall, strikingly beautiful redhead Jayden Cole is randomly part of the mix.
VV wears a snazzy white tuxedo, still transitioning to becoming a male named Father Valentino, though the youngsters speculate that he/she is actually a cis-male with effeminate behavior. Dumbest scene has Anya Olsen having lesbian sex with VV, not batting an eyelash when he/she turns out to be all woman rather than a guy as she has speculated.
Preston is still carrying around a little doll as daughter Emily and her ex-spouse is sorely absent, not even referenced anymore. Starr gets to have sex without wearing her leg braces, not for subtlety's sake but just another mess-up of what was previously an effective gimmick lifted from the label's greatest hit "Poor Little Shyla".
Show ends with a whimper, perhaps the last of this misbegotten series buried within the ongoing "Lesbian PsychoDramas" umbrella.
