Sheena : [after Arceus explains that the land was restored by people and Pokemon alike] I understand.
Ash Ketchum : Sheena, we did it!
Sheena : Right.

Brock : [seeing the vortex in the sky] Let's move!
[the group starts to run, but the wind starts to blow them into the air. Brock grabs Ash and Dawn, but Pikachu and Piplup are sucked upward]
Ash Ketchum : Oh no, Pikachu!
Dawn : Piplup!
[Pikachu grabs hold of Piplup, who uses Bubble Beam to stop them from moving further upward. As Ash and co. look on in horror, Sheena walks up]
Sheena : Now Dialga, come forth. Dialga, please save these Pokemon for me.
[Ash and co. stare in confusion. Suddenly, a portal opens and Dialga comes out. Dialga flies upward and catches Pikachu and Piplup before they're sucked into the vortex]
Brock : The Legendary Pokemon that rules time.
Ash Ketchum : Dialga.
Dawn : But how?
Brock : And how did she talk to it?
[Dialga flies downward and Pikachu and Piplup jump off. They land in Ash and Dawn's arms respectively. Ash and Dawn happily cuddle with them]

Sheena : Hi, my name is Sheena and I'm a guardian of these ruins.
Kevin : Same here too. My name's Kevin.
Sheena : So were any of you injured?
Dawn : No, we're fine. My name is Dawn.
Ash Ketchum : My name's Ash and this is my partner Pikachu. Thanks for saving my buddy.
[Sheena jumps down to where Ash is and examines Pikachu. Pikachu seems to enjoy it as she feels his face]
Sheena : Long ago, there was a Thunder Creature and its master and they changed the fate of this town.
Kevin : Yes, you see it's part of the legend of this town.
Dawn : Wait a minute. A Thunder Creature and its master?
Ash Ketchum : You mean me and Pikachu?
Pikachu : Pika.
Sheena : I have a feeling our meeting may have been fated. So would you mind coming with us?
Ash Ketchum : I'll do whatever you want. I mean after all, you saved Pikachu's life.
Pikachu : Pika, pika!

Sheena : [notices Ash and Pikachu] A Thunder Creature and Creature Master. Let's hurry.

Arceus : [after Arceus is saved] I have used up all of my strength. So for now I must rest. Farewell, Damos, Ash, and Pikachu.
[looks at the rest of the Pokemon]
Arceus : And you. All of my beloved.
[Arceus flies into the sky. Everyone watches happily as Arceus disappears in a flash of color. Sheena and the others start to glow]
Sheena : Dialga's calling.
Damos : Dialga?
Sheena : Time to return to the future.
Damos : But I wanted to speak more.
Ash Ketchum : Me too.
Dawn : Yeah, me too.
Brock : Same here.
Damos : But it's not to be, future children.
[Sheena, Ash, Dawn, and Brock vanish back into the future]

Brock : [after history catches up to the present] Wait a minute! We returned the Jewel of Life in the past, which means this place should be totally desolate.
Sheena : Arceus?
Arceus : This isn't my doing. Your ancestors dedicated their entire lives to cultivating and restoring this land. This place was brought back to life by the efforts of people and Pokemon alike.
