Lance Wilson (Yizzo) works for an investment form in Philadelphia. He invested money from Blacky Knuckles (Robert Rand) who is not getting any citizenship awards. Lance gave the money to his bosses to invest. They pocketed the cash and left Lance hanging as a mark. On the day of his anniversary, Blacky wants his money and puts a bounty out on Lance's head.
The acting was extremely bad. The sound track was the typical low talent hip-hop with a voice cutter. The plot was guys in Philly looking for Lance at night and not being able to shoot straight.
