Today it felt real.

I did this, I watched this like 20 times, before now it gave me fun and enjoyment but not much else from the first time. Now, I felt a surprising realism there, as the characters where for the first time clear as such. It just made click! And there it was, people doing stuff, suspense, joy. I'm looking forward to rewatching it after the new edits I do, as I am excited to see more of that effect. Other than that, not many things that would bother me, all the sillyness is working as such, some small minor details I'll look to rework a bit maybe. Every moment seems just at the line of being too much or silly or awkward, but for me at least it always just works out. Very happy with how it turned out.

While shooting the singing scene, a long take of about four minutes that had to be done with just one try out of time reasons, the director lost a shoe half way while panning the camera with the characters. Only after the shot was succeeded he was able to find the shoe and put it on again.
