This game is very good, containing good graphics, moves, realistic characters, and makes you feel like your in the ring fighting for a title. The only reason you might contain problems is if you caused it by scratching it, scraping it, breaking it, or by your game console. If you rented it, it may of been broken before you rented it, trust my review, and try it out. Its an awesome game in my opinion. Now to get this review over with i have to get 10 lines of text.So please take my opinion on the game, buy it do not rent it.Get it new or Used from Gamestop ONLY! The Creators of this game should be rewarded by what great of a game they have put together!
  • Now the series has had it shares of up and downs but there has been some good games in the series it just some left a bad taste on Smackdown vs Raw but this game could be my favorite in the series and here's why.

First off the soundtrack for the game features the following songs Lions "Start Movin'" Lynyrd Skynyrd "Still Unbroken" The Parlor Mob "Hard Times" Sick Puppies "You're Going Down" Trivium "Down From The Sky" Adelitas Way "Invincible" Skillet "Hero" and "Monster"

The Road to WrestleMania mode returns which is very cool since it started in WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2009 and this time with six new stories based on various WWE wrestlers. In Smackdown Vs Raw 2010 the Road to Wrestlemania has story modes for Mickie James, Triple H and John Cena Edge, Shawn Michaels, and Randy Orton

The game play really does well for it self as it feature different match types as well as modes to keep you playing. There is something different to be had each time you play it it's also better to play with friends to give it more fun

The Graphics are improve and actually the cut scenes are like watching the WWE live on TV so the game is close to being in the WWE

The controls are the same as the past games which is welcome to those who never miss a game.

Also I still remember the commercial for the game which is one of my favorites for any video game which helps make the game famous

Seriously this could be the best game of the series once you play it you'll understand

I give WWE Smackdown Vs Raw 2010 an 8 out of 10
  • I don't know if an 8 is really an honest review. Perhaps a 7 is more accurate.

I enjoy playing this game in my free time. My main problem with this game is the fact that when you play with 4 or more people it almost impossible to make the pin on your opponent. Since the ring is the only place you can make the pin (besides in a pinfall anywhere match) there is little space and the other wrestlers can easily reach you in time to stop the pin.

I really hate how in this game you cannot make a pinfall outside the ring in a Hell in a Cell match. You can beat your opponent up all you want to outside the cell and on top but you can only pin them inside the ring. That makes me very angry.

Another thing which annoys me is the fact that in an elimination chamber match you cannot climb the steel. In some of the past games you could but on here you cannot.

I also think that the road to wrestlemania gets very boring and I hate the create a ppv mode.

Lastly, the controls take a long time to get used to. I'm serious.
  • OK I don't know who came up with the idea of taking away the GM mode or the mode where you can actually play an entire years worth of game(can't recall what the game mode was called) but I wish they wouldn't have done that. Now all they have is a "rode to Wrestlemania) which only lets you play about 7 matches with only 4-5 superstars. Also the game play is just horrible in a triple threat match. The entire match is in slow motion. Now I don't know if I just got a bad copy or what but I'm being serious when I say the entire match is in SLOW motion. I wouldn't spend any money on this game. Good thing I rented it first.
