| Amazingly Innovative Short Film
In a nutshell, a boy searches for closure to his Grandmothers death. The film leads us through a series of adventures in ordinary life. The subtle comedy is tight and crisp. Throughout, the acting is very god and the creative use of props was surprising. The dramatic aspect sneaks up on you. The ending ties it all up in a neat bow. Wonderfully written and filmed. Moves at a good pace and is very engaging. I saw this at the 2010 Rhode Island International Film Fest and loved it. I'm really hoping that this is released someday on DVD to add to my growing indie film collection. See it if you can. You won't be disappointed. Watch Diego Diaz as director; I'm sure there more gems like this up the sleeve.
