- A man is seen eating raw flesh, it's assumed that it's the flesh of someone he murdered. Later the cannibal goes to his fridge and opens it, revealing many human limbs and body parts. He then goes and gets one of his victims who is chained and drags them to be slaughtered and eaten.
- The film is very violent with lots of blood. Some gore is also shown.
- This film has graphic moments, and it is all in a realistic bloody way. You see people get brutally beaten on the head with iron pipes, stabbings, getting brutally beaten to near death.
- This is an extremely violent film, one of the most violent films of the last decade. In fact this movie is so violent and dark the Korean film board had to make the director recut the film and remove some of the violence.
- A man smashes another guy in the balls with a wrench multiple times, it is shown up close.
- A man sticks his hands into another mans mouth and rips his mouth open. You see the side of his mouth tear up and blood pours out.
- A man gets kicked and then gets his head violently smashed against a giant rock multiple times, causing him to go to sleep.
