The Loud House creator Chris Savino has been suspended from the animated series following numerous allegations of sexual harassment, Cartoon Brew reports.

According to the outlet, at least 12 female Nickelodeon employees have come forward with accusations about the 46-year-old, including claims that he has made unwanted sexual advances and threats of blacklisting within the industry after consensual relationships with coworkers ended. He was reportedly put on an immediate leave of absence last week.

Two-time Oscar-winner Emma Thompson (Sense and Sensibility) is the latest to join Beautiful Creatures, a supernatural love story based on the first novel in a best-selling series. Thompson will join Academy Award-nominee Viola Davis (The Help), as well as Jack O’Connell (Eden Lake) and newcomer Alice Englert. Richard Lagravenese (P.S. I Love You) will direct the adaptation from the stories written by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl. In other casting news, Jenna Fischer (The Office) and Rita Wilson (Sleepless in Seattle) have joined the indie drama, Kiss Me, directed by Jeff Probst (“Survivor”). Hot on the heels of this morning's news that Amazon Prime has made a deal with Disney-abc TV, Netflix has announced that they have extended their license agreement with ABC Television Group, enabling them to continue streaming previously run seasons of popular ABC, ABC Family, and Disney Channel programming.

With this extension comes a slew of new, previously unavailable series from the Disney-abc library, including Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil, Alias, and Switched at Birth.

Netflix will also continue to carry the already available Disney-abc series Lost, Ugly Betty, Grey's Anatomy and Desperate Housewives, along with a number of new series that have aired on The Disney and Family Channels.

This new contract further places Netflix in direct competition with Amazon Prime, now that both parties are making this Disney-abc content available to customers.

Here it is gang! The full schedule for the final day at Comic-Con, Sunday July 25th. There really isn't much happening on Sunday, it looks like it's gonna be a pretty relaxed day. There's a few panels we are going to catch, but I think we'll be playing catch-up on some articles. Sunday is traditionally known as Kids day, which features 27 Special Programs just for Kids. I've highlighted all of the events we hope to attend below. We are also planning a meet-up at Comic-Con with all of our readers. Details on the meet-up will be revealed soon. Disney Xd has ordered a second season of its top-rated series, "Kick Buttowski -- Suburban Daredevil."

The basic cable kids channel has commissioned another round of the Disney TV Animation-produced series, which will return in spring 2011. For the sophomore season, creator Sandro Corsaro will serve as executive producer.

"Our viewers are rooting for Kick Buttowski, and we are eager to bring them more laughs and adventures as the pint-size daredevil faces bigger challenges, stunts and chases with his unstoppable determination," said Eric Coleman, senior vp original series at Disney Television Animation.

"Kick" debuted in February and became Disney Xd's most-watched show, averaging 679,000 viewers.
