Four youngsters grow rich together with a big idea in 90's middle-class Bombay. All is hunky dory till they are forced to shut shop until a plan comes up.
While filming the sequence for the film's title song on March 22nd 2010, Shahid Kapoor reportedly refused to wear a white vest despite director Parmeet Sethi's and producer Aditya Chopra's insistence and the fact that this had been previously agreed upon. The differing parties eventually agreed to compromise on a half-sleeve white tee-shirt and filming could resume.
At the start of the movie, it is clearly mentioned that the year is 1994, when Mumbai was known as Bombay. Yet, at the airport, the sign prominently shows 'Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport'. This name (CSIA) was adopted only in 2000, under the then Prime Minister AB Vajpayee.
