- Bravo 2 are back, and are wanting to go home more than ever.
- Bravo 2 finds themselves back in the action again, this time they are after a device that was used back in WWII. They don't have any idea about the device, and are soon contacted by Special Operations Division. Things start to take a turn for the worse when the weapon falls into the wrong hands; if Bravo 2 don't find the device soon, their home will be a pile of bricks.—Matt.C
- The story begins with a flashback to October 1944, when a four-man U.S commando comprised of Thomas Wyatt, Faraday, Owens and McKee retrieve a defector from the Japanese Navy, a scientist developing a scalar weapon codenamed Operation: Aurora. They attempt to escape on a submarine, but the weapon activates triggering a tsunami that destroys the submarine, Aurora has since become a myth within the U.S military.
In present times, the eponymous Bad Company are in Russia searching for a scalar weapon component, a Russian Colonel Arkady Kirilenko is rebuilding a new one to turn the tide against America in the war. Bad Company retrieves the piece and hands it to U.S Army General Braidwood. The device is fake however, yet the crew are promoted to Special Activities Division and sent deliver information on the device to an NSA agent Aguire in Bolivia, they fly there with hippie pilot, Flynn.
Aguire is found and shown details of the fake device, any intelligence he had is in possession the Russians, yet he has backups aboard a French weather satellite which controlled from a Russian base in the Andes, Sweetwater activates the re-entry and the team rush to salvage the data and leave with Flynn. Aguire warns that Kirilenko intends to activate the scalar weapon over America, disabling the national power grid leaving the country vulnerable to a Russian invasion. Kirilenko is currently in Chile, Bad Company nearly apprehend him, but he escapes, a leftover shipping manifest for a wrecked ship named Sangre Del Toro in the Atacama Desert.
Marlowe explores the wreck and finds a working scalar component and a log from 1944 detailing the defection, the U.S military intentionally sent the unit on a suicide mission to learn about the weapon's power. Bad Company are summoned to Columbia to hand the component to Aguire personally, their helicopter is shot down, the team regroups and takes the trouble to rescue Flynn from capture. Flynn commandeers a helicopter to fly them to Aguire, who betrays them to the Russians, his real name is James Wyatt, Thomas Wyatt's son, he is vengeful that the U.S. sent his father to his death.
Kirilenko shoots Aguire and orders him men to shoot Bad Company, Flynn flies and shoots the gunners saving Bad Company, yet an RPG shoots him down. Bad Company is left grounded and mourning the death of their pilot in an unknown jungle, they overhear a radio conversation addressing Kirilenko's presence at a harbor. Bad Company follow the jungle route to the city of Medellin where U.S and Russian forces are in pitched battle and a nearby plane detonates the scalar device stopping all fire.
Bad Company gets cold feet about boarding the plane, save for Marlowe who reminds them they are the only people who can stop it and it could destroy the U.S. They board the plane mid take-off; blast open the scalar weapon's barricade with C4 and shoot it to pieces, the damage rips the plane open, Sarge and Haggard leave with parachutes, Sweetwater has on and as he's handing Marlowe one, Kirilenko tackles him out of the plane.
Marlowe falls after them and shoots Kirilenko, Sweetwater hands over the parachute and they all sail into Texas. Their retirement is short lived, General Braidwood arrives to call them back as the Russians are invading the U.S. north via Alaska.
