Two teenage assassins accept what they think will be a quick-and-easy job, until an unexpected target throws them off their plan.
The naming of Saoirse Ronan's character Daisy was an intentional tribute to the Czech New Wave film Daisies (1966), another film about two young girls who experience an odyssey of self-examination.
What are we going to do now?
Violet: I'll think of something.
The reason that Daisy recognizes the legendary assassin Number 1 on sight is because of the "1" clearly emblazoned on the sleeve of her suit.
There are no opening credits for the film.
