Lionsgate spilled more details about Now You See Me 3 at CinemaCon 2024 on Wednesday (April 10th), revealing the sequel will feature the original cast alongside “a new generation of magician thieves,” reports DiscussingFilm.
As previously announced by Lionsgate Motion Picture Group Chair Joe Drake in an investor call last year, Zombieland director Ruben Fleischer will helm the movie. At the time, Drake described the sequel as a “reimagining” of the first two films and said production was slated for this spring.
Last month, star Jesse Eisenberg gave another update, telling Collider that he had already read the script for Now You See Me 3. He also speculated production could begin in “the next six months.”
Directed by Louis Leterrier, the original Now You See Me was released in 2013 and starred Eisenberg as the leader of the Four Horsemen, a group of bank-robbing magicians also comprised of Woody Harrelson, Isla Fisher,...

This article contains spoilers for X-Men ’97 episode 4.
Rising from the ashes of X-Men: The Animated Series like a Dark Phoenix, X-Men ‘97 has done a stellar job of bringing fan-favorites like Scott, Jean, and Wolverine back into the fray. While Marvel Studios’ producer Brad Winderbaum has revealed that production is already underway for seasons 2 and 3, some sneaky hints suggest that the lineup of this colorful cartoon caper could soon look a little different.
The Original X-Men
X-Men ‘97 has largely stuck with the series staples of X-Men: The Animated Series, albeit with the additions of Morph and Bishop while swapping out Professor Xavier for a reformed Magneto. Several Easter eggs have referenced both old and new teams, with the season premiere reminding us the current roster is far from the original lineup of Charles Xavier’s Gifted Youngsters.
A nostalgic picture of the “original” team is on display at the school.

One of the best things about the X-Men is the vast roster of characters that allow a myriad of people to see themselves as a member of the mutant superhero team. But if you were a kid who wanted to be all of the mutants, you may have gravitated towards Morph, the shapeshifter who could temporarily take on the appearance and superpowers of any other mutant out there. During my childhood years, there was many an argument about who would get the honor of pretending to be Morph on the playground.
Even though Morph (originally voiced by Ron Rubin) seemed to meet his maker in the first episode of the original "X-Men: The Animated Series," the character eventually returned from his presumed grave, albeit under the influence of the villain Mr. Sinister. Morph used his shapeshifting abilities to create chaos among the X-Men on many occasions, but thankfully, he was only acting on Mr.

"Knock at the Cabin" is M. Night Shyamalan's newest horror film, and it's based on a novel called "A Cabin at the End of the World" by Paul Tremblay. The plot of the film is relatively straightforward. Married couple Eric (Jonathan Groff) and Andrew (Ben Aldridge) take their young daughter, Wen (Kristen Cui), to a remote cabin in the woods for a relaxing vacation amongst nature, but things aren't as peaceful as they appear. Here, we break down everything that happens in the film and answer all the questions you may have about the that thrilling ending.
How Does "Knock at the Cabin" Start?
Eric, Andrew, and Wen's vacation is interrupted when a stranger named Leonard (Dave Bautista) approaches Wen and attempts to make friends with her. While Leonard seems friendly enough, Wen senses he's not to be trusted. When three more strangers arrive, each carrying strange weapons with them,...

Wolverine #6 Writer: Benjamin Percy | Artist: Viktor Bogdanovic | Colourist: Matthew Wilson | Letters: Cory Petit
Right away I found it very annoying this didn’t pick up immediately with the rainbow bridge reveal of last issue. That all probably happened in a different comic. Wolverine #6 is after all part 3 of a 22 part story taking place over how many series? Despite all this baggage the issue works both as part of a larger story and more importantly as a Wolverine story. To top all that off I actually found it very accessible having not read any other X of Swords tie-ins. The issue follows to stories. The first of which is Wolverine and his quest for Muramasa. The second thread follows War and Pestilence of Four Horsemen of Apocolypse fame as they reaquiant themselves and introduce the readers to new villain Solem. Of the two I actually prefered the second non Wolverine centric story elements.

Given the changes that occurred between Now You See Me and Now You See Me 2 it’s anyone’s guess as to what the third movie is going to feature, but as far as Jeremy Dick of MovieWeb is describing it there could be a whole new lineup that will interact with the current Four Horsemen, the main actors seen in the last movie. Hopefully the entire cast would be returning for at least a decent run in the movie, but it does sound as though the idea is to move on from what’s already been seen and bring in someone

Lionsgate is revving up the engine on Now You See Me 3, and they’re hoping to reunite the Four Horsemen for more thrills and mind-bending illusions, with the studio announcing this week that at long last, the project has seen some forward momentum.
According to Collider, American Hustle scribe Eric Warren Singer has been hired to pen the script, promising a “fresh take” on the franchise that’ll bring back the key cast members from the last two films while also introducing some new characters into the mix.
Speaking about Singer’s involvement in a statement released earlier today, here’s what the studio had to share:
“Eric has always been fascinated with the fine art of deception and illusion in all of it forms and he came to us with a great story that takes the mythology of Now You See Me and pushes The Four Horsemen to...

Ric Flair has been hospitalized after suffering a medical emergency again. The 70-year-old WWE Hall of Famer, one of the most popular wrestlers of all time and also known as the "Nature Boy," was rushed to an ER in the Atlanta area. "Due to ongoing health complications, Ric was taken to the hospital and is expected to undergo a procedure tomorrow morning, after which he expects to fully recover," Ric's wife Wendy Barlow said in a statement to E! First of all, I'm a sucker for magic! Magic is one of my favorite things in the world. So when I hear there is going to be state of the art live magic show inspired by the Now You See Me film franchise, of course I'm going to get excited!
Lionsgate is producing the magic show, which will be called Now You See Me Live, and it will feature its own Four Horsemen! The show is described as "a state-of-the-art magic show with cutting-edge technology, surprise twists, and never-before-seen illusions from some of the greatest magicians in the world."
I really hope that they end up pulling off some spectacular magic! It would be so cool to see the same level stuff that we actually saw in the movies. As for who the four magicians will be, here are the details:
At the center of the show are The Horsemen...

21 Jump Street (15)
(Phil Lord, Chris Miller, 2012, Us) Jonah Hill, Channing Tatum, Brie Larson. 109 mins.
As with comic books, now that all the big titles have gone, it's down to TV's B-list to feed Hollywood's appetite for ready-made movie concepts. Based on the show that first traded on Johnny Depp's youthful good looks, it stars Hill and Tatum – a great odd-couple anchor – as two low-flying cops who are sent back to high school to infiltrate a drugs ring. The premise is an almost pitifully obvious excuse to aim for broad-appeal paydirt with a mix of fratboy crudity, teen-movie romance and crime-flick action, but for all the box-ticking, it has intermittently hilarious results.
Contraband (15)
(Baltasur Kormákur, 2012, Us) Mark Wahlberg, Kate Beckinsale, Giovanni Ribisi. 110 mins.
Mark Wahlberg sticks to what he's good at, which is muscled, breathy and slightly high-pitched posturing in a brooding action thriller. Here he plays a smuggler lured...

Drawing on a wide and interesting selection of interviewees, Four Horse is a bold attempt to dissect the current economic climate and the very concept of money and economics.
The film is receiving a limited release in UK cinemas from today and I was recently given the opportunity to speak to Dominic Frisby, who fills me in on his role within the production, the language of finance, writing for an audience and much more. Read the interview in full below.
Dominic Frisby’s background prior to the film.
I’ve been a comic for many years and I’ve done voiceovers for many years. I’ve narrated God knows how many programmes and adverts and cartoons, and God knows what else. But, a few years ago I became very interested in the economy and started writing for a magazine called Money Week. I built up quite a following in Money...

★★★☆☆ Debut director Ross Ashcroft offers up an independently-produced documentary in the form of Four Horsemen (2012), a film that attempts to explore the consequences of modern western practices that have resulted in the current financial crisis. The 'four horsemen' of the title are a series of chapters exploring social inequality, organised violence, debt and poverty control. The central thesis of the film is that these four factors are propelling the world into a meltdown of monumental proportions for future generations.

Norwegian film Kompani Orheim (The Orheim Company) was awarded the Dragon Award for the best Nordic film at the 35th Göteborg International Film Festival held from January 27 to February 6,2012. Directed by Arild Andersen as part of a trilogy about a personage named Jarle Kepp, the film is a dark, but warm, humorous, and moving tale of Jarle’s childhood at the hands of an alcoholic and brutal father.
