She's a coed who in cahoots with nerd Seth Gamble operates a clandestine pirate radio show called Trash Talk on campus, using it to get people in trouble. This flimsy premise is the excuse for sex scenes and a contrived happy ending where corrupt college chancellor Randy Spears gets his just desserts.
Sex scenes are routine, and result is below par even for the low-grade schoolgirl genre.
