When his uptight CEO sister threatens to shut down his branch, the branch manager throws an epic Christmas party in order to land a big client and save the day, but the party gets way out of hand...
While the title of the movie was inspired by an SNL (1975-) skit called "Office Christmas Party", the story itself was an original idea of Josh Gordon & Will Speck.
Mary:
"It's a Kia; it's what God would drive."
Mary mentions a Rite Aid parking lot across from the office building. There are currently no Rite Aid drug stores in Chicago.
The first part of the closing credits features stills, outtakes, and alternative lines.
