| A powerful, heart-wrenching masterpiece
I found this film powerful, riveting and deeply emotional. The award-winning co-writers have a remarkable sense of observation. A young boy, who is a frighteningly talented pianist, must endure an agonising tunnel of heartache before he can hope to move on with his life. But will he ever reach the other end? Don't expect the usual ending!

I loved this film and am not ashamed to say that I cried through it. Brilliantly observed and superbly written with sudden twists. This is no run-of-the-mill story and some powerful performances make it a must-see.
