Jeff Bergman, who voiced a number of Looney Tune characters in the '90s and early 2000s, returned in this TV series as the voices of Bugs, Daffy, Sylvester, Tweety, Foghorn and Pepe for the first time in nearly a decade.

According to Best Friends (2011), Daffy's birthday is April 17th. This is a reference to the debut of Daffy Duck in a Looney Tunes cartoon: April 17, 1937.
Despite being a girlfriend of Daffy's own, the character of Tina Russo only appears in this show. She is never seen again or heard from in any other Looney Tunes entry.
