  • Following the big-budget "Pirates" hits, came this Bluebird Films attempt at reaching a wide porn audience. At times impressive, with an endless cast list combining Chatsworth and British talent, its main defect is the presence (hamming it up parodying The Joker) of Bluebird owner Paul Chaplin, also credited with the stupid screenplay.

His partner at Bluebird - Nicholas Steele directed. He made many classic movies for Adam & Eve a decade earlier, and here we get some impressive sets, particularly a lovely fairyland setting shot in the studio. The green screen, special effects and action scenes are pretty crummy.

It boils down to one's interest in orgy scenes, an overdone feature of many Bluebird releases. For me, Chaplin's amateurish, egotistical acting ruins the show.
